My job at Tilak consists of creating the interfaces for our applications, this is what makes the link between user and product.
I make sure that the data you entrust us with is always safe & available when you or your doctor needs it.
I work for the team as the CEO, trying to lead with vision and convinced that our dream will succeed. You play, We care.
As a project manager, I do everything possible to merge the needs and requirements of every member of the Tilak's team to be able to create a perfect gaming and medical experience for our users.
I'm in charge of organizing the production and coordinating the teams within: what to do, when.
I sell a mobile app that helps people test their vision while playing a game. Can you imagine if the Scrabble you are playing everyday could help monitor your vision? This is what we do.
I code every action that takes place in the app, from the seemingly easiest things (clicking a button) to the most complex ones (computing the distance between a patient and their phone).
I type on my keyboard and using the internet network to manage Tilak's websites and mobile applications!
I help patients, physicians and partners use our applications and I ensure that their feedback is heard to constantly improve our products.
As a Game Developer at Tilak Healthcare, my job mainly consists of writing code to make the game actually playable. I could, for instance, make a button redirect the user to a certain page or make it play a sound once its clicked.
I answer all your questions and make sure your problems get resolved so you can enjoy the app.
At Tilak, my role is to ensure that the medical device is of high quality, safe and meets current regulatory requirements. On a daily basis, I work with the various departments to ensure that all activities are efficient and compliant.
At Tilak, I am responsible for the visual language of the company's brand and its products. I make sure that our messages are clear and recognisable.
I explore and analyze data (from the users and/or the app) to either give insights about some problematics or enhance some part of the product.
I play the game! First, I put on my best patient or eye doctor's white coat, then test the digital products designed by Tilak to ensure their good quality. In close collaboration with the teams, I keep a check on the medical tools developed to see whether they are compliant and fun before launching the product on the market, just like during a dress rehearsal before going on stage...

I create the rules and interactions of the applications we produce to make them fun and easy to use. The other part of my job is to coordinate the design team with others.

Alongside the design team, I decide on the app content and system depending on our users' needs ; it's a bit like being an "architect" for games and/or apps. We also create documents for each department to understand the choices we made and how we'll make it happen.
It's not a job about ideas, it's a job about making things happen in an harmonious way!
My job is creating bug accidentally, then fixing them by being more stubborn than the computer.
